A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an operation to remove the cyst. The cyst removed was filled with a dark coloured blood. She thought that she would be recovered after the surgery but she was terribly wrong. A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed, she rushed down to her gynaecologist for a consultation. During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her. He ask if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she replied yes wondering as to how, he knew of her eating habits.

You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected with steroids to accelerate their growth so that the needs of this society can be met. This need is none other than the need for food. Chickens that are injected with steroids are usually given the shot at the neck or the wings. Therefore, it is in these places that the highest concentration of steroids exists.

These steroids have terrifying effects on the body as it accelerates growth. It has an even more dangerous effect in the presence of female hormones, this leads to women being more prone to the growth of a cyst in the womb. Therefore, I advise the people out there to watch their diets and to lower their frequency of consuming chicken wings!

Today I going to talk about cancer seem like people surrounding me some got cancer. Well one of my parents friend got cancer and passed away few days ago. She got a brain cancer. Maybe her working place to dirty with the ciggrette smoke and everyday face have to smell the smoke... or maybe other effect that making she got a cancer. I even heard if eat maggie mee too much also will get CANCER. Cancer will cause to DEATH. So beware before you got this kind of dangerous diseases.

Cancer is a group of diseases in which cells are aggressive (grow and divide without respect to normal limits), invasive (invade and destroy adjacent tissues), and sometimes metastatic (spread to other locations in the body). These three malignant properties of cancers differentiate them from benign tumors, which are self-limited in their growth and don't invade or metastasize (although some benign tumor types are capable of becoming malignant). Cancer may affect people at all ages, even fetuses, but risk for the more common varieties tends to increase with age.[1] Cancer causes about 13% of all deaths.[2] According to the ACS, 7.6 million people died from cancer in the world during 2007.[3] Apart from humans, forms of cancer may affect other animals and plants.

Nearly all cancers are caused by abnormalities in the genetic material of the transformed cells. These abnormalities may be due to the effects of carcinogens, such as tobacco smoke, radiation, chemicals, or infectious agents. Other cancer-promoting genetic abnormalities may be randomly acquired through errors in DNA replication, or are inherited, and thus present in all cells from birth. Complex interactions between carcinogens and the host genome may explain why only some develop cancer after exposure to a known carcinogen. New aspects of the genetics of cancer pathogenesis, such as DNA methylation, and microRNAs are increasingly being recognized as important.

Genetic abnormalities found in cancer typically affect two general classes of genes. Cancer-promoting oncogenes are often activated in cancer cells, giving those cells new properties, such as hyperactive growth and division, protection against programmed cell death, loss of respect for normal tissue boundaries, and the ability to become established in diverse tissue environments. Tumor suppressor genes are often inactivated in cancer cells, resulting in the loss of normal functions in those cells, such as accurate DNA replication, control over the cell cycle, orientation and adhesion within tissues, and interaction with protective cells of the immune system.

Cancer is usually classified according to the tissue from which the cancerous cells originate, as well as the normal cell type they most resemble. These are location and histology, respectively. A definitive diagnosis usually requires the histologic examination of a tissue biopsy specimen by a pathologist, although the initial indication of malignancy can be symptoms or radiographic imaging abnormalities. Most cancers can be treated and some cured, depending on the specific type, location, and stage. Once diagnosed, cancer is usually treated with a combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. As research develops, treatments are becoming more specific for different varieties of cancer. There has been significant progress in the development of targeted therapy drugs that act specifically on detectable molecular abnormalities in certain tumors, and which minimize damage to normal cells. The prognosis of cancer patients is most influenced by the type of cancer, as well as the stage, or extent of the disease. In addition, histologic grading and the presence of specific molecular markers can also be useful in establishing prognosis, as well as in determining individual treatments.

Yesterday I go back to home I was very happy cause I received first christmas give from my online friend. I am Soooo HaPpY~~!!!

Today in the office not much to do cause my account already finish do...And now only have to wait the auditor to check for the error and I just need to key in the opening balance only. Then after there is not much to let me do, I just going here and there in the office hehehehe...LOL since like i have nothing to do I go to clean up the messy table in the office...HOHOHOHOO~~!!! My boss not around that's why I am quite noisy and naughty hahahhahaha .... LOL after that lunch time is coming I went out and buy a loaf of bread for lunch. Early in the morning I wake up and go to cook the slices of chicken for the burger and took the hot water to cook my cabbage..hhehe sound very easy huh? Then there is many things still go On That's is me at here

Here in this sunrise shot above and below, she appears to be blowing smoke rings (and anything so benign is welcomed, given recent history).

What forms the "smoke rings" is the air flowing over the mountain getting pushed up higher as it goes up and over the top. The moisture content and initial temperature are just right so that the moisture condenses from a vapor to small particles at the higher altitude. When the moving air moves past the peak and comes down again, the particles evaporate back to an invisible vapor.

The two "pancakes" describe that there are two layers of air for which this is happening, thus making these awesome pictures possible.

Today I am Happy~~

Today I bought new notebook. Yeah~~ I can do my works at home by using my own notebook. Really nice I like it very much. That day I just repair my CPU and change the casing to new one. The casing look nice. It cost me RM750 for repairing it. Mouse damage then go to buy new one at IT Computer. The moitor still in good condition. Really happy I guess today I will happy till cannot sleep. Hahahhaha~~~~

Today in the office not busy cayse I had finish do my full set account in the office. Lunch we all eat in the office. the office boy went out to buy KFC. Very full today. Eat 2 pieces of chicken, 1 bowl of rice, salad, potato mashes & drink 100 plus. I really like to work here cause sometimes got peoples will sponsor us eat nice foods hahaha...We live to eat ... First time we ate at Mega Hotel, Lotus Court then we go to Dynasty Hotel eat buffet the we go to eat at Kedayan stall...hahaha...Maga Hotel Chatter Box one time eat buffet too. Next time don't know eat at where. Will be fat if continue eating ahahaha~~

Raining~

End of the year it keep raining well everyone go out with their umbrella. Hmm....Stay at home watch tv and play computer games. Not much can do on raining day~
Well if no rain I will go to hiking...It hav been long time no more hike. Okay well have to keep fit then...hehehe

Weekends...

Yesterday night I went to a wedding dinner. We have it at Kok Chee Restaurant. Our first foods is fruits cause we sat at vegetarian site.

Just thinking how much glasses of Chinese Tea I have drink? I drink a lots of glasses chinese tea on that day. Go to pee for few times end of the dinner :P



Beside Chinese Tea I also drink Wine. Only drank one glass cause my face and my neck will turn red after I drink it.



This is their lemon chicken. Fake Chicken real lemon. Lol why don't they just close their eyes and say to the real chicken this is fake chicken fake chicken then just gulp in their mouth :D Some be vegetarian cause they skin not good that's why they choose to be vegetarian and some are buddhism. Lol they just need to say to the fake chicken as Real Lemon Chicken Real Lemon Chicken :P




We ate a lots of foods at there. Because after we eat the real meat the vegetarian foods arrive we just look at that three persons who only eat vege and fake things. We are just helping they eat the foods okay, not too good eat a lots of fake things cause will gain weight (just want to testing only)hahaha....quiet nice...^^ I only drink Wine & Chinese Tea. Went to toilet also went for few times. I bring home some foods and bones to the dogs. On weekend I just went to my account class and prepairing for the exam. I will be sittng for the exam on 22 October & 23 October. My dad visited his Malay friend. He bring some foods to me at my class there. But I do not eat in there. I bring the curry back to home and enjoy eating it with my mom, sister and my brother. Although I do not go to visit friend on Saturday but I still enjoy eating the curry. Early in the morning on Saturday my dad bring me go to Church. Camelite Church which near Tanjung. I guess everybody still sleepy on that day. Cause while the priest talking in front I saw a lots of people close their eyes. I keep looking the peoples surrounding me and the things inside the church. I bought a sticker outside the church.

Fat Burning Foods

Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits like, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, lemons, and limes contain high concentrations of Vitamin C (this is also called ascorbic acid). This Vitamin C has a fat burning quality.

Working at EastWood Valley~~!

Last Sunday I was working at Eastwood Valley with my friends. Scenery at there are really nice. Very tired working at there cause there are about 6000 customers at there. We all worked very hard on that day. I also got grab a lots of pictures at there.

We enjoy working at there cause we can see the nice scenery and grab some nice pictures hehehe...We also can watch the program on that night hehehe....well all we have to do is serve drink only hehehe....very easy le...
